Simply contact us at hello@heleina-amelie.com with your order number and let us know why you'd like to make a return. Our team will guide you through the process and provide the return address and simple next steps.

Please contact us before sending your item back so we can make sure your return is properly processed. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as expected, please let us know within 14 days of receiving your order. We'll be happy to help with a replacement or return.

Order Cancellations
